DAMAGE IN TRANSIT:
We pack well. As a
result we have very few damaged shipments but we do have them from
time to time.
If the box arrives on your doorstep looking like it’s been
through a war, open it immediately and check for damage. If you find the item has been beaten to
death in transit, you are going to have to file the claim,
as you have all the evidence at your end.
We’ll do all that we can from this end, so please let us know ASAP if you receive a
damaged package. The first thing you will find when opening a package
from us is a wiring diagram and we recommend you bench test your rotor
and/or control on receipt.
